On 31 March 2020, the Dutch Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment published details of the temporary wage cost subsidy scheme, known as the Tijdelijke noodmaatregel overbrugging voor behoud van werkgelegenheid or NOW scheme, to help businesses cope with the coronavirus outbreak.

This NOW scheme sets out the exact conditions for receiving a wage cost subsidy if your company has lost at least 20% of its turnover over a continuous three-month period. In this newsletter, you can find out the latest about the scheme introduced by the Dutch government:
